Which one to pick

Each is the right pick for someone.

  • OpusClip when you make content outside real estate too, or want the lowest price for clips alone. More in AgentRecast vs OpusClip.
  • Descript when you want to edit yourself: cut a podcast by deleting words, remove filler words, clean up the sound. More in AgentRecast vs Descript.
  • Canva when you design flyers, posts and brand graphics and want every frame your own. More in a Canva alternative for real estate video.
  • AgentRecast when you want the video made for you, from your listing or your own video, without learning an editor.
What AgentRecast makes

From a listing or a video.

What it costs

Free to start, no card.

  • Free: 60 minutes of video a month, no card. Clips and reels carry a small watermark.
  • Starter, $25 a month: 150 minutes, no watermark, 3 AI edits per video.
  • Pro, $29 a month: 300 minutes, 10 AI edits per video.

A minute of the video you bring is a minute; a listing link counts as 10. A project that makes no clips costs no minutes.

Questions

Before you pick.

Can I use AgentRecast with Canva?

Yes. Many agents keep Canva for flyers and brand graphics. AgentRecast makes the reels and clips; download them and post them, or put them into a Canva design.

Is AgentRecast cheaper?

Not for clips alone: OpusClip Starter is $15 and ours is $25 for 150 minutes. Every AgentRecast plan includes the listing videos, the whole-home reels and the written posts.

Do I need to film anything?

No. A Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia or Homes.com link is enough for reels, a narrated video and a carousel.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The free plan gives 60 minutes of video a month with no card.
