These terms govern your use of AgentRecast’s website and AI-assisted content-production tools.

Who operates AgentRecast

AgentRecast is an independently operated service run by an individual based in Minnesota, United States. AgentRecast is the service name, not a separate incorporated company. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the individual operating the service. Stripe processes payments; it is not the provider of AgentRecast.

The service

AgentRecast turns videos, listing information, local topics and your instructions into marketing assets. Available outputs depend on the source material and validation results. If videos cannot pass checks, validated written content may be made available separately. Processing times vary with source length, service availability and review requirements; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and have every right and permission needed for submitted recordings, people, music, images, trademarks, statistics, brand materials, connected accounts, and posts. You are responsible for reviewing final content and complying with brokerage rules, licensing requirements, fair-housing laws, advertising rules, MLS requirements, disclosures, and social-platform policies.

Sharing your content

Download your files and copy your posts to share them on your own channels. Automatic social posting and scheduling are Coming soon and are not currently included as available features. A future connection or publishing feature will require your authorization.

AI-assisted output

Automated systems can make mistakes. AgentRecast does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or compliance advice, and no automated flag is a compliance guarantee. Verify claims, statistics, place names, captions, rights, and disclosures before approving or publishing.

The $99 monthly plan

The current plan costs $99 per month and includes unlimited campaigns, with 10 AI revisions per campaign. Unlimited is subject to fair use: to keep the service fast for every customer, an account may make up to 100 campaigns per billing month, and we will raise that for anyone who needs more. Each campaign starts from one source or brief. Video sources are limited to 30 minutes and the upload limit shown in the product. The price and billing details are confirmed at checkout.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. Cancel through Manage billing in your account or contact hello@agentrecast.com for assistance. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not ordinarily refund a billing period already started, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. 14-day free trial: the monthly plan starts with 14 days free, once per customer. A card is required to start; you are charged $99 when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and canceling during the trial costs nothing. Payment processing and receipts are provided by Stripe. Free videos: 2 per person before paying, counting free samples and videos made during the trial together (the second needs a free account). Free samples require no card and do not start a paid subscription. Listing reels made free or during the trial carry an AgentRecast watermark, removed once the plan is paid. Single listing reel: without the plan, one listing reel can be bought for $49, once, with no subscription; it unlocks that project's reel without the watermark and its files.

Revisions, feedback and delivery

Each campaign includes 10 AI revisions. Pending and successful AI revision requests count toward that allowance; failed requests do not count. Manual text edits and downloads are unlimited while the assets remain available. Ratings and feedback notes do not use an AI revision. You may explicitly save a feedback note as a preference for future campaigns and AI edits in your account, or clear it from the original asset. Feedback does not automatically modify already generated content.

A job is delivered when validated files are made available through its private project page or sent to you. Download final assets you need to retain. If production fails or a delivered file has a problem, contact support with your project link.

Ownership and license

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant the operator of AgentRecast and its providers the limited rights necessary to process, store, transform, and deliver it. Subject to payment and third-party rights, you may use delivered assets for your business. The operator retains rights in the service’s software, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials.

Acceptable use

Do not submit or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, malicious, or privacy-violating material; impersonate another person; connect an account you are not authorized to control; misuse housing-related targeting or language; probe the service; bypass access controls; or use the service to distribute spam.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AgentRecast is not responsible for customer publication decisions, third-party platform action or availability, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited.
