Terms of service

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of AgentRecast’s website, AI-assisted content-production tools, and optional social-publishing service.

The service

AgentRecast turns customer-provided recordings and instructions into draft marketing assets. Connected-channel tools let you direct approved posts to supported third-party platforms immediately or at a selected time. Delivery timing and included outputs are described at intake or checkout. Features and platform availability may change as the service and third-party APIs develop.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and have every right and permission needed for submitted recordings, people, music, images, trademarks, statistics, brand materials, connected accounts, and posts. You are responsible for reviewing final content and complying with brokerage rules, licensing requirements, fair-housing laws, advertising rules, MLS requirements, disclosures, and social-platform policies.

Connected channels and publishing

You authorize AgentRecast to use the permissions granted through a platform’s connection screen only to operate features you request. A scheduled or “publish now” action is your instruction to transmit that content to the selected account. You can edit or remove eligible queued posts before processing and disconnect a channel at any time. Platform review, outages, rate limits, format rules, account restrictions, or API changes can delay or prevent publication; you should verify important posts on the destination platform.

AI-assisted output

Automated systems can make mistakes. AgentRecast does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or compliance advice, and no automated flag is a compliance guarantee. Verify claims, statistics, place names, captions, rights, and disclosures before approving or publishing.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew at the billing interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund work already produced or a billing period already started, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Payment processing and receipts are provided through our payment processor.

Revisions and delivery

The founder plan includes one consolidated revision request per pack unless otherwise stated. A job is delivered when files are made available through its private project page or sent to the customer. Customers should download final assets they need to retain.

Ownership and license

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant AgentRecast and its providers the limited rights necessary to process, store, transform, deliver, and—when you instruct us—publish it. Subject to payment and third-party rights, you may use delivered assets for your business. AgentRecast retains its software, templates, methods, and pre-existing materials.

Acceptable use

Do not submit or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, malicious, or privacy-violating material; impersonate another person; connect an account you are not authorized to control; misuse housing-related targeting or language; probe the service; bypass access controls; or use the service to distribute spam.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AgentRecast is not responsible for customer publication decisions, third-party platform action or availability, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited.
