Privacy policy

This policy explains how AgentRecast collects and uses information when real-estate professionals use our website and content-production service.

Who handles your information

AgentRecast is an independently operated service run by an individual based in Minnesota, United States, not a separate incorporated company. The individual operating AgentRecast is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that operator.

Information we collect

We collect contact and account information; billing and subscription status; product and support activity; and source videos, transcripts, brand assets, instructions, and revision requests submitted to produce content. If you connect a social channel, we also store the channel identifier, profile name, granted permissions, encrypted authorization tokens, scheduled-post instructions, and publishing results. We record limited technical and conversion events needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve AgentRecast; create requested deliverables; process payments; send transactional messages; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Active paid plans include weekly content ideas when you have not created a campaign recently. These emails include an unsubscribe link, and we honor existing unsubscribes. We do not sell personal information. Automatic social publishing is Coming soon; references to connected-platform data apply only where a connection has been authorized.

Content feedback and preferences

We store optional thumbs-up or thumbs-down ratings and feedback notes with your project. When you explicitly choose to remember a note while signed in, we use it as a writing preference for future campaigns and AI edits in that account. These notes may be sent to our AI providers as part of your generation instructions. A rating alone does not create a writing rule. Clear feedback on the original asset to remove that saved preference, or contact us for help. Do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.

AI, social platforms, and service providers

Authorized providers may process data for hosting, storage, transcription, AI-assisted drafting, rendering, payments, transactional email, monitoring, customer support, and customer-directed social publishing. When you connect or publish to a channel, that platform processes the content and account data under its own terms and privacy policy. AI output is draft material that customers must review before publishing.

YouTube and Google user data

If you connect a YouTube channel, AgentRecast uses YouTube API Services. By connecting, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your information under the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access. With your permission we request two scopes. youtube.readonly is used only to read the connected channel’s ID, name, handle and profile image, so you can see which channel a post will go to. youtube.upload is used only to upload a video you schedule or publish to your own channel, with the title, description and visibility you choose. We do not read your existing videos, comments, playlists, subscribers or analytics.

What we store. The channel ID, name, handle and profile image link; the authorization tokens Google issues, encrypted; and the scheduled posts you create, including the YouTube link of each published video. We do not store any other YouTube or Google account data.

How we use and share it. Google user data is used only to show your connected channel and to publish the videos you direct us to publish. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone except Google when we carry out a post you requested, or when the law requires it. AgentRecast’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and deleting data. You can disconnect YouTube on the Channels page at any time. AgentRecast then withdraws its access at Google, erases the stored tokens and stops any posts not yet published. You can also revoke AgentRecast’s access from your Google account permissions page. To have the stored channel details and your post history deleted, email hello@agentrecast.com and we will delete them within 30 days.

Source content and retention

You retain rights in the content you submit. Uploaded source files are intended to be removed 30 days after a completed or canceled job, and you can delete an uploaded source from the private project page once a pack is ready. Delivered assets, schedules, transaction records, security logs, and information needed for legal or accounting purposes may be retained longer.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, with a connected social platform when you direct a post to it, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to protect rights, safety, and the law.

Your choices

You may disconnect a social channel at any time; AgentRecast then erases its stored authorization token and stops new publishing through that connection. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Marketing recipients can use the unsubscribe link. Customers can request account or job deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use access controls, private project links, restricted administration, encrypted social authorization tokens, expiring media links, and reasonable technical safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so customers should avoid submitting information not needed to produce or publish their content.
