Privacy policy

This policy explains how AgentRecast collects and uses information when real-estate professionals use our website, content-production service, and optional social publishing tools.

Information we collect

We collect contact and account information; billing and subscription status; product and support activity; and source videos, transcripts, brand assets, instructions, and revision requests submitted to produce content. If you connect a social channel, we also store the channel identifier, profile name, granted permissions, encrypted authorization tokens, scheduled-post instructions, and publishing results. We record limited technical and conversion events needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve AgentRecast; create requested deliverables; connect channels you select; publish only posts you approve or schedule; process payments; send transactional messages; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing messages require the choice presented at intake and always include an opt-out. We do not sell personal information.

AI, social platforms, and service providers

Authorized providers may process data for hosting, storage, transcription, AI-assisted drafting, rendering, payments, transactional email, monitoring, customer support, and customer-directed social publishing. When you connect or publish to a channel, that platform processes the content and account data under its own terms and privacy policy. AI output is draft material that customers must review before publishing.

Source content and retention

You retain rights in the content you submit. Uploaded source files are intended to be removed 30 days after a completed or canceled job, and you can delete an uploaded source from the private project page once a pack is ready. Delivered assets, schedules, transaction records, security logs, and information needed for legal or accounting purposes may be retained longer.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, with a connected social platform when you direct a post to it, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to protect rights, safety, and the law.

Your choices

You may disconnect a social channel at any time; AgentRecast then erases its stored authorization token and stops new publishing through that connection. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Marketing recipients can use the unsubscribe link. Customers can request account or job deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use access controls, private project links, restricted administration, encrypted social authorization tokens, expiring media links, and reasonable technical safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so customers should avoid submitting information not needed to produce or publish their content.
