Real estate reel
hook writer.
Type your town and what the video is about. Get opening lines that fit on a reel: the place first, one point, no more than 8 words. Free, nothing to sign up for.
No hook fits in 45 characters with that place. Try a shorter name, like the city without the state.
Why these work
The rules behind every hook.
These are the rules AgentRecast holds its own clip headlines to.
- The place first. A local viewer stops for their own town. "Boise: What changed this month" beats "What changed this month".
- One point. One idea and at most one figure. Never stack statistics.
- No question. State the point. A question invites a scroll past.
- Short. At most 8 words and 45 characters, so it reads in the first second.
- Only what you say. Use a figure or a claim only if the video says it. A hook that promises what the video does not deliver loses the viewer and their trust.
Already filmed it?
Let the video write its own hooks.
Give AgentRecast the video and every clip it cuts gets a headline from what you actually say, placed on the clip for its first 3 seconds, with captions underneath.
