Photos and details
Each photo is looked at and tagged by room. Floor plans, repeats and photos with heavy watermarks are left out. Every figure on screen comes from the listing.
Reels, a video and a carousel
Three vertical photo reels read by a voice, a 45 to 60 second narrated video of the whole home, and a carousel of the best rooms.
What comes out
Made from the real photos, never invented.
- Photo reels with a voice: the listing's own photos with slow pan and zoom, a few words on screen per photo, read by an AI voice with subtitles that follow it. No generated footage, so no room is changed.
- A narrated listing video: one line per photo in walk-through order, the hook first and your call to action last.
- An Instagram carousel: 5 to 10 slides with a cover, the best rooms and a closing slide, plus the caption. More on the listing carousel.

- Music if you want it: none by default under the voice; a royalty-free track in one of five styles, or your own.

What it costs
Free to start, no card.
- Free: 60 minutes of video a month, no card. A listing link counts as 10 minutes, so about six listings a month. Reels carry a small "Made with AgentRecast" watermark.
- Starter, $25 a month: 150 minutes, no watermark, 3 AI edits per video.
- Pro, $29 a month: 300 minutes, 10 AI edits per video.
Upgrading removes the watermark from the reels you already made. Nothing is rendered again.

Does it work with Redfin or Realtor.com links?
Yes. Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia and Homes.com. Other sites are told so as you type the address.
What if the listing has too few photos?
The project page asks you for the photos, 3 to 20 of them, and makes the reels from those.
Can I change what the voice says?
Yes. Edit the caption text and the same voice reads the new words. Or switch the voice, or record your own.
Is it fair housing safe?
The words we write are checked for phrases fair housing guidance warns against. You still review what you post.
Can I use any listing?
Use listings you represent or have permission to market.
